ShipManta started with a simple observation: Shopify is incredible for selling, but the moment you hit real volume, the ops side falls apart. We're here to fix that.
Our story
Before ShipManta, our founders ran operations at growing DTC brands. We lived inside spreadsheets. We juggled five tabs per order. We onboarded new hires with 50-page Notion docs that went out of date the next day.
Every tool we tried solved a slice. None solved the whole problem. So we built the platform we always wanted: one workspace that handles orders, shipping, products, teams, and automation — without compromising on speed or control.
That is still the job: one workspace for the orders, the labels, the rules, and the people on the floor.
