Built for the floor, not the slide deck

One queue for every store. Rules that split and tag before anyone picks. Scan & Ship that locks the label until every line is verified. Checkout rates and dates that match what your warehouse can actually ship.

Orders and shipments in one queue

Every Shopify store you connect lands in a single inbox. Orders become shipments in Awaiting, On Hold, Shipped, or Picked Up — ready to filter, tag, merge, split, and fulfill without hopping tabs.

  • Multi-store inbox
  • Saved views & colored tags
  • Merge, split & undo
  • Drafts and local pickup

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Webhooks bring orders in as they are placed. Shipments rebuild on every store update so the queue always matches Shopify.
  2. 2 Save any filter as a private or shared view, pick the columns each team needs, and search by order number or customer.
  3. 3 Split a shipment, merge same-customer shipments, or undo either. Every move is written to the activity log.
  4. 4 Phone and quote orders start as drafts on Pro and Enterprise. Converting one creates the Shopify order and its shipment.
  5. 5 Local pickup gets its own queue, a Picked By card, and a dedicated pickup slip.

Scan & Ship — verify, then print

Scan the shipment, verify every line, record the box and packing materials, then print. The label stays closed until the last item scans. FedEx and UPS quote side by side; tracking goes straight back to Shopify.

  • Barcode or camera verify
  • Label locked until verified
  • FedEx & UPS together
  • Notes, packer, multi-box

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Scan an order barcode or use the camera on a phone or tablet. Unknown barcodes are rejected before a label is bought.
  2. 2 Print opens only after every line is verified. Rate Shopper’s winner is ready; the packer can still pick another service.
  3. 3 Order notes sit on screen before picking starts. Packed-by sticks to the station so packer reports stay accurate.
  4. 4 Multi-box orders show each box. Next box jumps to the one that still needs a label. Box and materials land on the label cost.

Documents built for the packing bench

Design picking lists, batch picks, packing slips, invoices, manifests, item labels, returns, and pickup slips. Filter the rows that belong on each document, then send PDF, ZPL, or EPL to the station printer.

  • Visual template editor
  • Per-location pick rows
  • Condition-driven messages (Pro+)
  • Print history & outdated flags
  • PDF, ZPL, or EPL

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Templates pull order, shipment, customer, and custom-field data — plus destination weather when Weather is on.
  2. 2 Saved conditions hide lines that do not belong. Pick lists and item labels print once per fulfillment location with that location’s quantity.
  3. 3 On Pro and Enterprise, messages print themselves: “Add a heat pack” under every frozen line, “Fragile — double box” on tagged orders, “Cold room” next to items at a location — decided at print time from the same conditions, with no slowdown.
  4. 4 Enterprise stores map a bin metafield to each location, so a pick list printed for one location shows that location’s bins — and “All locations” shows every bin, labeled.
  5. 5 Every print is recorded. Documents older than the last item change are flagged outdated so rules and routines can react.
  6. 6 Stations send output through Zebra Browser Print, DropPrint, or a watch folder — no shared print queue required.
Pro & Enterprise

Rules, hooks, filters & merge logic

Write a condition once — product type, tag, shipping method, stock level — and reuse it across rules that tag or split, hooks that fire when inventory or status changes, import filters, and merge rules for same-customer shipments.

  • Order & shipment rule groups
  • Inventory & status hooks
  • Reusable conditions
  • Merge rules & conflict tags
  • Store & shipment filters

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Conditions read orders, lines, shipments, customers, addresses, and the checkout classification from Shipping Rates.
  2. 2 Rules run on import and on every update. Split actions move only matching lines into their own shipment.
  3. 3 Hooks fire later — inventory updates, shipment created, or status change — to re-run stock rules, tag, or raise an alert. Drafts support Run now before you activate.
  4. 4 Merge rules bucket shipments, compare address, delivery date, pickup location, or any field, and tag pairs that could not merge.
  5. 5 Dry-run any rule against a real or described order in the Tester before it touches live traffic.

Routines — your morning run as a checklist

Point a routine at a saved view like “Shipping Today” and run the same steps every time: combine same-customer shipments, tag, print item labels, then packing slips — by hand or on a schedule.

  • Any saved view as the set
  • Automatic + manual steps
  • Scheduled runs with alerts
  • Skip, retry, refresh, abandon

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Steps include combine, fetch weather, add tags, print with location and condition filters, or a manual check with instructions.
  2. 2 Scheduled runs finish the automatic steps, pause at the first human step, and raise a “Routine ready for you” alert.
  3. 3 Refresh mid-run to pull in shipments that arrived after the routine started.
  4. 4 Every run keeps who did what, what was skipped, and why.

AI assistants on the real engines

Connect Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client. Ask it to explain a rule, simulate an order, diagnose a stuck shipment, or price a cart — answers come from the same engines the app uses, never from guesswork.

  • Explain rules & filters
  • Simulate real or described orders
  • Diagnose shipments
  • Price-test checkout carts

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Tokens are personal and bound to one store. An assistant never exceeds the permissions of the person who created it.
  2. 2 Grant access per module: automation, filters, orders, shipping rates, delivery calendar, and operations.
  3. 3 Live changes return as previews you confirm. New rules and filters are created as inactive drafts.
  4. 4 Every call is audited under your account.
Enterprise

Rate Shopper picks the winner

Compare every connected carrier account on each shipment. Choose by cheapest, fastest, or the service the customer paid for — then track the savings against your default.

  • Selection policy
  • Rate rules by condition
  • Savings tracking
  • Packaging on every label

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Rate rules prefer a carrier or service when a shipment matches a condition you write.
  2. 2 The label screen pre-selects or recommends the winner; packers can still override. The latest winner stays on the shipment for queue filters.
  3. 3 Savings compare the chosen rate to the default and roll up in Reports.
  4. 4 The Rate Tester quotes any package before you commit to a label.
Pro & Enterprise

Late FedEx and UPS labels, ready to file

Scan labels you already bought, list deliveries that missed the commit while the 15-day window is open, export the packet, and record what you recovered. Filing still happens in the carrier Billing Center.

  • Late-delivery scan
  • 15-day file window
  • Export for Billing Center
  • Recovered totals

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Overnight and 2-day FedEx/UPS services only — Ground is excluded.
  2. 2 Track supplies promised vs actual. Weather, bad address, and recipient refusals are skipped automatically.
  3. 3 There is no claim API and no login to FedEx or UPS. Export plus the Billing Center link is the file step.
  4. 4 Mark filed, recovered, skipped, or denied so the team knows what came back.
Enterprise

Shipping Rates customers see at checkout

Price shipping by zone, group, tier, and trigger — then show a checkout summary that breaks the cart into groups with their own icons, subtitles, and services. Test any cart before it goes live.

  • Zones, groups, tiers & triggers
  • Checkout summary & rate picker
  • Item methods on every line
  • Rebuild missing summaries

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Group products by type, tag, or metafield. Price groups alone, combine into one box, or let add-ons ride free.
  2. 2 Checkout Shipping Summary shows groups under the rates. Shoppers can pick a service per group; that choice can drive Shopify’s shipping total.
  3. 3 Each line keeps the method it was sold with, so later splits and merges still know how it was priced.
  4. 4 Express, draft, and POS orders without a summary can be rebuilt from your rules when the shipment is created — a checkout summary is never overwritten.
  5. 5 Add to Existing Order, Live Sale, the Rate Tester, and a full log of live checkout callbacks round out the toolkit.
Pro & Enterprise

Delivery Calendar at checkout and after

Offer real delivery dates with lead times, cutoffs, capacity, and blackouts. Customers can set or move a date after checkout; your team sees every dated order on one calendar.

  • Checkout date picker
  • Shorter windows for some carts
  • Capacity & exceptions
  • Customer & staff date changes

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Rules enable, disable, or skip a calendar, copy a date from an open order at the same address, or limit matching carts to the next few open days — even when a day is full.
  2. 2 Black out holidays, add surcharges, or cap orders and units per day.
  3. 3 Shop Pay and Apple Pay can skip the picker; the thank-you page can still collect a date. Staff and customers can change dates when you allow it.
  4. 4 The shipment timeline records whether the date came from the picker, thank-you page, customer, staff, or a copied order.
  5. 5 The Calendar Overview shows each day's orders or shipments — flip between the two — with a product-type breakdown (Livestock, Frozen, Dry Goods) and filters by type, collection, vendor, status or tag, so you know what ships and when.
Enterprise

Destination weather on the shipment

Attach a forecast to the shipments you choose and print it on packing slips. Packers see the weather for that address without leaving the bench — and rules can react to it.

  • Destination forecast
  • Rules by product or place
  • On packing & pickup slips
  • Your weather API or Open-Meteo

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Rules decide which shipments get a forecast — product type, destination, order value, and more.
  2. 2 Low, high, and conditions for the delivery day, refreshed by a routine step or on demand.
  3. 3 Print the forecast on documents and use it inside automation conditions.
  4. 4 Open-Meteo needs no key; bring OpenWeatherMap, WeatherAPI, or Visual Crossing if you prefer.
Enterprise

Upsells & add-on products

Lift average order value with offers on product, cart, checkout, post-purchase, and thank-you pages. Add-ons attach in cart and checkout — always opt-in — and can ride free with Shipping Rates.

  • Five offer surfaces
  • Cart & checkout add-ons
  • Revenue analytics per offer
  • Free shipping fold-in

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Build an offer once and place it on the surfaces that matter for that product.
  2. 2 Add-On Products trigger from what is already in the cart and show in cart, checkout, or POS — one line per add-on.
  3. 3 Pair with Shipping Rates so add-ons fold into the main box at no extra shipping charge.
  4. 4 Analytics show impressions, conversions, and revenue — not just what was shown.
  5. 5 POS Extensions: Line Item Info for custom cart-line data (Add Info), and Line Item Price so staff charge a unit price without dozens of variants (Set Price).
Bulk editor on Pro & Enterprise · Inventory on Enterprise

Catalog editing & inventory sync

Edit products and variants in a spreadsheet-style grid, push reviewable batches to Shopify, and keep quantities current with inventory webhooks, on-demand sync, and safety-net polling.

  • AG Grid bulk editor
  • Batches & saved views
  • Inventory webhooks + polling
  • Sync history

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Edit hundreds of variants at once, validate, and push as a batch you can review before it hits Shopify.
  2. 2 Inventory-level webhooks keep quantities current; polling every 10 minutes catches anything missed.
  3. 3 Every sync run records its trigger, counts, and errors.
  4. 4 Product type, tags, collections, and metafields feed conditions, merge rules, Shipping Rates groups, and low-stock hooks.

Reports that show real fulfillment cost

Postage, packaging, and profit per shipment. Packer performance, product and customer slices, custom-field sales, and a builder for your own exports — all to CSV.

  • Cost per shipment
  • Packer performance
  • Products & customers
  • Custom report builder

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Every purchased label with postage, box, and packing-material costs as they were at purchase.
  2. 2 Who packed what — shipments, units, materials, and pack time per teammate.
  3. 3 Slice sales by any custom field captured at import, such as bin location.
  4. 4 Build, save, and export reports over orders, shipments, or lines with any filter and date range.

Team, roles, visibility & ops health

Invite teammates, assign built-in or custom roles, group them into departments, limit which shipments each team sees, and keep exceptions visible with alerts and Webhook Status.

  • Roles & departments
  • Action-level permissions
  • Visibility rules
  • Alerts & webhook health

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 Built-in role ladder or fully custom roles. The permission catalog maps one-to-one to app menus.
  2. 2 Visibility rules limit a department to shipments that match a condition you write.
  3. 3 Alerts carry a level, an owner, and a clear fix — acknowledge, snooze, or resolve.
  4. 4 Webhook Status shows Shopify traffic, delivery history, and checkout rate callbacks — the first stop when orders or rates stop flowing.
Pro & Enterprise

Collective Partner for shared promises

Link a retailer store and a supplier store that already sell through Shopify Collective. The delivery date and shipping method the customer chose travel with the order so both sides pack the same promise.

  • One-time connect code
  • Retailer or supplier role
  • Date & method sharing
  • Always, or by condition

What you get

Live in product
  1. 1 One side generates a code and picks a role; the other pastes it. Until accepted, the link stays waiting.
  2. 2 Share delivery date (default or named calendar) and the shipping method from the customer’s order.
  3. 3 Retailers can send every Collective order for that partner, or only orders that match a saved condition.
  4. 4 On the supplier, date and method land on the order and open shipments. Unlinking stops new sharing; already-copied orders stay.
