Question 1

What happens after my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After your 7-day free trial, choose the plan that fits your business — Basic, Pro, or Enterprise. Your stores, orders, and settings are preserved either way; features outside your plan simply lock until you upgrade.

Question 2

What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

Basic covers orders, shipments, Scan & Ship, labels, documents (one of each type), tags, 10 conditions, and 3 automation rules for one store and two users on that store. Pro adds unlimited rules and conditions, custom fields (5), document messages (condition-driven print notes), store and shipment filters, the bulk editor, merge rules, Delivery Status Tracking, webhook status, custom reports, Delivery Calendar (one calendar), Rate Shopper, and Carrier Claims, for one store and up to ten users on that store. Basic and Pro can add one more store at the same plan price, and that store gets its own team seats. Enterprise adds Hooks, Routines, visibility, Collective Partner, per-location settings (which bin metafield each location prints), and every other app — Shipping Rates, Upsells, Add-Ons, Inventory Management, Weather, and POS Extensions — plus API access, webhooks, and priority support, with unlimited stores and users.

Question 3

Is there a limit on orders or shipments?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan includes unlimited orders and shipments. Plans differ by features, connected stores, and team members — never by volume.

Question 4

Which apps are included in each plan?

Accepted Answer

Delivery Calendar (one calendar), Rate Shopper, and Carrier Claims are included from Pro, along with Delivery Status Tracking on Shipping Labels. Shipping Rates, Upsells, Add-On Products, Inventory Management, Weather, and POS Extensions are Enterprise. Hooks, Routines, visibility, Collective Partner and per-location bin settings are also Enterprise. Apps outside your plan show an Upgrade badge in the menu.

Question 5

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), processed securely through Creem. Invoices and payment methods are managed in the Creem billing portal from your Billing page. The 7-day trial still starts without a card.

Question 7

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs — you only pay for your subscription plan. Carrier postage is billed by your carrier on your own account.

Question 8

What if I exceed my plan limits?

Accepted Answer

Adding a store or team member beyond your plan shows an upgrade prompt. Nothing you already have is removed — you simply cannot add more until you upgrade.

Question 9

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period, there are no cancellation fees, and you can reactivate later.

Question 10

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual plans are 17% cheaper than monthly billing — the equivalent of two months free.

Question 11

Which carriers and integrations are supported?

Accepted Answer

Shopify as the store platform, plus FedEx and UPS as carrier accounts for rates and labels. Rate Shopper compares every carrier account you connect. Zebra Browser Print and DropPrint handle station printing.

Question 12

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and follow best practices to keep your data safe. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and carrier credentials are stored encrypted.

Question 13

Where can I get help?

Accepted Answer

The Support Center at support.shipmanta.com has page-by-page guides and FAQs for every feature. You can also reach us at hello@shipmanta.com, or from the Help & Support panel inside the app. Enterprise plans include priority support.
